Do you offer a Guarantee?
Yes, a 30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee. Customer satisfaction is very
important to us. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied
with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days from the date
of purchase. We'll gladly replace it or give you a full refund (less
shipping) - whichever you prefer with no restocking fees. Shipping
charges will be deducted from refunds for orders that qualified
for free shipping if they no longer qualify. Your only cost is the
shipping back to us. The following conditions must be met to obtain
a full refund:
- Merchandise must be in like new condition
with no signs of wear.
- Item must
be returned in the original manufacturer's packaging.
- All original supplied packaging, cleaning
clothes etc, must be included.
- Original manufacturers warranty cards,
manuals and paperwork (when included) must be blank.
- The customer must obtain a Return Authorization
(RA) number from PhatSportShades prior to shipping. To obtain
a RA number please e-mail your request, including the reason for
return, to: support@PhatSportShades.com
*Returns without a RA number will
be returned to sender.
- The customer is responsible for return
shipping charges. Insurance and a tracking number are highly recommended,
as PhatSportShades can not be responsible for the returned item
until it arrives at our warehouse.
- PLEASE NOTE: For health safety reasons,
headwear can not be returned.

What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Personal Checks, Money
Orders and payments through PayPal.
How
long will it take to process my order?
Most orders received by 3:00PM EST are processed and shipped the
same day. In the rare event that an ordered item is unavailable
or backordered, we will notify you promptly, at which time you will
have the option to wait for the item to become available, change
your order or cancel if you wish.
Some items might ship separately, but are included in our "per order"
shipping charge outlined below. You will be notified if your order
will arrive in more than one shipment.
How
much does shipping cost?
Shipping charges are calculated and displayed
during checkout prior to placing your order based on the following
rates:
USA
Standard Shipping Only
$2.99 for your entire order.
We use USPS First Class Mail for all Standard shipping
including shipments to APO/FPOs. Standard shipping is only available
for orders that weigh less than 13oz, the USPS limit for First
Class Mail. Average shipping time is 3-5 business days.
Expedited Shipping Only $6.99 for
your entire order. We use USPS Priority Mail
for all Expedited shipping including shipments to APO/FPOs. Average
shipping time is 2-3 business days.
Express Shipping Only $20.99-$24.99 for
your entire order. Orders must be
placed by 12:00PM EST to ship that day (except on holidays).
Orders will be shipped using USPS Express Mail. Overnight to most
destinations, some shipments to remote locations may require additional
time in transit.
Free Standard Shipping on Orders Over
$50.00
Canada
Standard Shipping Only $8.99 for
your entire order. Orders will be shipped using
USPS Air Mail. Allow 7-10 business days for delivery.
England
Standard Shipping Only $9.99 for
your entire order. Orders will be shipped using
USPS Air Mail. Allow 10-15 business days for delivery. The customer
is responsible for all duties and taxes collected by the foreign
country. Please inquire with your customs office for more information.
*No orders will be shipped out on the following Post Office holidays:
Martin Luther King Jr's Birthday, Washington's Birthday (President's
Day), Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Columbus Day, Veterans
Day, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day, New Year's Day.
We currently do not ship to other International destinations.
Do you ship to APO/FPOs?
Yes, we are glad to ship to APO/FPOs. Just
follow the simple steps below:
1. All of the products found on our site are available for shipment
to APO/FPO addresses with the exception of magazines and products
otherwise noted.
2. Add the products you wish to purchase to your cart.
Please note: All of the items in your cart must
be sent to the same APO/FPO address.
3. When you have finished shopping, proceed to checkout.
4. Enter your billing address on top and the APO/FPO address you
wish to send the items to (if different than the billing address)
under the section titled: Shipping Details. Military addresses
must show the grade, full name with middle name or initial, and
PSC number, unit number, or ship name. Replace the city name with
APO or FPO, and the state with AA,
AE, or AP, and ZIP Code.
5. Select payment method and submit your order.
Please note: Since it is not possible to track or
confirm delivery of orders sent to APO/FPO addresses, we can not
be responsible for the delivery of these orders. We do everything
we can to ensure safe delivery of your order by securely packing
your purchase and shipping your package USPS Priority Mail for quick
and safe delivery to the APO/FPO.
Can I place my
order through the mail?
Of course. All you have to do is fill out an order form and send
it in with your payment. You can pay by check, money order or credit
card. Orders paid by personal check will be held until check clears.
