AO Eyewear
One Year Warranty against Manufacturer's Defects

For one year from date of purchase, AO Eyewear will repair or replace this eyewear (at their option) if defective in material workmanship. No warranty is expressed or implied regarding damage resulting from consumer misuse or neglect or for any consequential damages arising out of the use of the glasses.

Barracuda
One Year Warranty against Manufacturer's Defects
All Barracuda products are warranted by the manufacturer, Skyline Northwest, against defects in material or craftsmanship for the period of one year from the original purchase date.

SCRATCHED LENSES, TORN SPONGES or other damage caused by customer abuse will negate this warranty.

Substitution of Similar Style or Color Eyewear: Because styles and colors of eyewear change, the manufacturer reserves the right to substitute a style and/or color of eyewear which are similar, but not identical, to the eyewear returned to them under this warranty.


To fulfill this warranty, the customer must send the complete defective product back to the Skyline Northwest with an explanation of defect, your return address and telephone number. Upon receiving the defective item Skyline Northwest will determine if the warranty applies.

Birdz Eyewear
One Year Warranty against Manufacturer's Defects

Birdz products are fully guaranteed for one year from the date of purchase on material and workmanship. Upon receiving the defective item, Birdz Eyewear will repair or replace it, at their sole discretion. This warranty does not apply to normal wear, including lens scratching, accidental breakage, or worn foam. You will be required to show proof of purchase within the warranty period, so be sure to save all receipts or transaction records. A shipping/handling/processing fee of $7.95 should be sent in with the defective item along with the form here: www.birdzeyewear.com/warranty.php

Warranty Claims take 2-3 weeks for processing.

Bobster Eyewear
One Year Warranty against Manufacturer's Defects

Bobster products are guaranteed to be free of manufacturing defects as received from the manufacturing facility. In the unlikely event that any Bobster Eyewear product is found to be defective as a result of original materials or construction, it will be repaired, or replaced with the same or similar item or equal value at no charge. Bobster Eyewear does not cover transportation charges to and from the facility for warranty repair.

Body Specs
One Year Warranty against Manufacturer's Defects

At Body Specs(R) you can always purchase their product with confidence as your satisfaction is assured. All body Specs products carry a one-year warranty against any manufacture defects. This does not cover negligence in the use of the product. Please contact the Warranty Dept. 1-800-824-5907

Global Vision
One Year Warranty against Manufacturer's Defects

Global Vision warrants that, if your Global Vision Eyewear fails during the first year for any Manufacturer's Defect they will repair or replace them.


Substitution of Similar Style or Color Eyewear: Because styles and colors of eyewear change, the manufacturer reserves the right to substitute a style and/or color of eyewear which are similar, but not identical, to the eyewear returned to them under this warranty.

Scratches are considered normal wear by industry standards and are not covered under this warranty.

Smith Optics
Lifetime Limited Warranty

Smith builds it's reputation on quality, performance product and stands behind it. If you experience a manufacturing defect in materials or workmanship Smith Optics warrants your sunglasses, goggles and helmets for the lifetime of the product, and we will repair or replace the product at no charge. Smith Optics has sole discretion to determine manufacturer's defects. Apparel and accessories including hats and bags are not covered under the lifetime warranty policy. Smith Optics will only authorize the warranty claim if the product was purchased from an authorized dealer. Questions about verification of authorized dealers should be sent to warranty@smithoptics.com

To make a claim, do not return your Smith product to the store. Stores are not authorized to provide service under this warranty. Instead, print and send us the complete Lifetime Warranty Claim Form (click to view and print) Include this form with your Smith product along with your contact information.

Repair / Replacement Policy: For a fee Smith Optics (at our discretion) will repair or replace lenses, frames and other parts as needed and available. For more information contact Smith Warranty and Repair at (800) 635-4401 or warranty@smithoptics.com. All fees for repair or replacement depend on the model and damage to the product.

We encourage you t o send your Smith product by a traceable method (such as Fed Ex or UPS), as Smith Optics is not responsible for lost or misdirected packages.
We will return your sunglasses using ground UPS service.

Allow 1-2 weeks for delivery. For non-delivery or further information, email us at warranty@smithoptics.com. Smith Optics will do its best to reply within one (1) - two (2) business days (provided contact information has been included with your product)

Scope and Duration of the Warranty: This warranty program lasts for the lifetime of your Smith product. This warranty program covers all parts of your Smith product and applies to all types of manufacturing defects or failure. The warranty program does not cover product that is lost, stolen, dropped, shattered, sat on, chewed by your pet or any other damage that is caused by the consumer.

Rx - The warranty does NOT cover prescription lenses. Smith Optics offers a (1) year warranty from the date purchased on sunglass frames used in conjunction with our "certified installation" of prescription lenses by SOLA Technologies.

Limitation on Damages: For breach of any written or implied warranty on this product, the consumer is limited to damages of repair of the product or replacement with an identical or equivalent style, at the election of Smith Optics. Smith Optics is NOT liable for any other damages, such as special, incidental, or consequential damages, resulting from the use of this product. Note: some States do not allow the exclusion or limitation of special, incidental, or consequential damages, so the above limitations or exclusion may not apply to you.

This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may have other rights that vary from State to State.

Lifetime Warranty

Suncloud built its reputation on quality, performance product and we stand behind it. If you experience a manufacturing defect in materials or workmanship Suncloud Optics warrants your sunglasses for the lifetime of the product, and we will repair or replace the product at no charge. Suncloud Optics has sole discretion to determine manufacturer's defects.

Wiley-X Eyewear
Eyewear Limited Lifetime Warranty
All Wiley X, Inc. eyewear is warranted to the original purchaser for life against manufacturing defect in materials and workmanship (except Light Adjusting (L.A.) lenses which have a tint adjustment life of 18 months. Proof of Purchase for L.A. lens products required).

This warranty does not apply to normal wear, including but not limited to scratched lenses, accidental damage, misuse and other issues determined by Wiley X, Inc. not to be a manufacturer’s defect. Original purchaser must include a shipping, handling and processing fee of $9.00 (plus applicable sales tax) ($27.00 for Canadian residents) (sorry, no checks) with any warranty claim. Tax where applicable will also accompany this processing fee.

Upon receiving returned eyewear that Wiley X, Inc. determines to be defective, we will repair or replace it at our option. Non-warranty repair services are available to our customers as it pertains to lenses or frames that are not covered under the terms of the warranty. We will email customers back with these options and costs should they wish to execute. Items not covered under terms of warranty which are also not repairable will be returned to customer or destroyed at customer’s option and the $9.00 (plus applicable sales tax) ($27.00 for Canadian residents) processing fee will not be charged.

To begin the warranty/repair evaluation process, please fill out the online warranty repair form at www.wileyx.com/support/returnauthform.aspx. After proper completion of the online warranty/repair form, a Return Authorization (RA) number will be assigned as your reference. Once finished, please print the completed online form with RA# and mail in with returned item. Please allow 7–10 business days from receipt of product to process your claim.

Lifetime Warranty against Manufacturer's Defects

Precise design process paired with very high quality frame and lens materials, allows all of us to enjoy less than 1% defect on all our Zeal Optics products.

Should the unthinkable happen and your favorite Zeal Optics eyewear are broken or damaged, they have two programs that will get you back into your Zeal's as soon as possible! It is simple, if your Zeal eyewear broke as the result of an accident (they were sat on) or natural disaster (dog chewed them up) or something like that, then Zeal Optics' CRASH REPLACEMENT PROGRAM is the fix your Zeal's need. If they broke for no explainable reason, it is possible that they are eligible for replacement under Zeal Optics NO CHARGE Lifetime Warranty that covers manufacturer defective breakage.

To Make a Warranty Claim
1. In order to replace your Sunglasses/Goggles under this warranty, go to Zeal Optics Warranty, print the page, fill it out and send it along with the product, postage prepaid by a registered courier (FedEx, USPS, UPS, etc.) just in case they have to track it down somehow. Make sure you include your name, address and daytime phone number and a statement of the reason for your claim. For replacement of parts not covered under this warranty, please follow the above steps and you will be contacted as to a reasonable replacement cost. Send to:
