90 Day Warranty against Manufacturer's Defects

Our manufacturers warrant that, if your Birdz Eyewear fail during the first 90 days for any Manufacturer's Defect they will repair or replace them.

Substitution of Similar Style or Color Eyewear: Because styles and colors of change, the manufacturer reserves the right to substitute a style and/or color of sunglasses which are similar, but not identical, to the eyewear returned to us under this warranty.

Lenses are not warranted against scratching. They are designed to provide you protection from the sun's harmful rays, the wind and snow only.

Warranty Claims take 2-3 weeks for processing.

Limited Lifetime Warranty against Manufacturer's Defects

Balboa Manufacturing Co., LLC products are built to deliver excellent performance at a most affordable price. If you take care of this item, it will last you for a very long time.

Balboa Manufacturing Co., LLC (BMC) products are guaranteed to be free of
manufacturing defects when received from the factory. In the unlikely event
that any BMC products is found to be defective as a result of original materials or construction, it will be repaired, or replaced with the same or similar item or equal value at no charge. BMC does NOT cover normal wear and tear, abuse or neglect. BMC also does not cover transportation charges to and from the factory for warranty repair.

BUGZ Performance Eyewear
One Year Warranty against Manufacturer's Defects

All BUGZ products are warranted by the manufacturer, Skyline Northwest, against defects in material or craftsmanship for the period of one year from the original purchase date.

SCRATCHED LENSES, TORN SPONGES or other damage caused by customer abuse will negate this warranty.

Substitution of Similar Style or Color Eyewear: Because styles and colors of eyewear change, the manufacturer reserves the right to substitute a style and/or color of eyewear which are similar, but not identical, to the eyewear returned to them under this warranty.


To fulfill this warranty, the customer must send the complete defective product back to the Skyline Northwest with an explanation of defect, your return address and telephone number. Upon receiving the defective item Skyline Northwest will determine if the warranty applies.

Global Vision
One Year Warranty against Manufacturer's Defects

Our manufacturers warrant that, if your Global Vision Eyewear fail during the first year for any Manufacturer's Defect they will repair or replace them.

Harlex
90 Day Warranty against Manufacturer's Defects

Material and workmanship on Harlex products are guaranteed for 90 Days from date of purchase. Proof of purchase is required. Damage by negligence in use or storage of product that extends to scratched lenses are not covered. Upon receiving the defective item, Harlex will repair or replace at no extra charge. A $5.00 fee for shipping and handling must be included. Authorization is required for the return of merchandise.

Substitution of Similar Style or Color Eyewear: Because styles and colors of eyewear change, the manufacturer reserves the right to substitute a style and/or color of eyewear which are similar, but not identical, to the eyewear returned to them under this warranty.

Warranty Claims take 2-3 weeks for processing.

Panoptx
One Year Limited Warranty

Panoptx eyewear is warranted against defects in materials or manufacturing for one year from date of purchase. Panoptx will repair or replace the defective part at their discretion.

Lenses are not warranted against scratches.

To process a warranty claim, please send your Panoptx product directly to Panoptx for repair, including your dated proof of purchase. Please enclose a card with your name, address and a daytime phone number clearly printed. Your product should be returned to you within 7-10 business days.

SOS Eyewear
Lifetime Warranty against Manufacturer's Defects

Our manufacturers warrant that, if your SOS sunglasses ever fail for any Manufacturer's Defect they will repair or replace them. We only require that you return your sunglasses to them, including a letter describing exactly what happened to your sunglasses, a dated proof of purchase and a $15 fee to cover processing of your claim. We encourage you to be detailed in your letter and give them a vivid account of what happened.

Making a Warranty Claim: To make a claim, do not return your sunglasses to this store unless instructed to do so. We are not authorized to provide service under this warranty. Please send your sunglasses, your letter, a dated proof of purchase and a check or money order for $15 to Wear Products Inc., Survival Optics Sunglasses, 5289 East Bay Blvd. Gulf Breeze, FL. 32563 Attn: Warranty Dept. Be sure to include your proof of purchase, your name, return address, and phone number. We encourage you to send your sunglasses by a traceable method (such as insured mail or United Parcel Service), since we are not responsible under this warranty for lost or misdirected packages.

Limitation on Damages: FOR BREACH OF ANY WRITTEN OR IMPLIED WARRANTY ON THIS PRODUCT, THE CONSUMER IS LIMITED TO THE FOLLOWING DAMAGES: REPAIR OF THE PRODUCT OR REPLACEMENT WITH AN IDENTICAL OR EQUIVALENT MODEL, AT THE ELECTION OF SOS SUNGLASSES. THE MANUFACTURER IS NOT LIABLE FOR ANY OTHER DAMAGES, SUCH AS SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, RESULTING FROM THE USE OF THIS PRODUCT. NOTE: SOME STATES DO NOT ALLOW THE EXCLUSION OR LIMITATION OF SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, SO THE ABOVE LIMITATION OR EXCLUSION MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.

Scope and Duration of the Warranty: This warranty extends only to you, the original purchaser of these sunglasses, and lasts for as long as you own your sunglasses. This warranty covers all parts of your sunglasses (with the exception of lenses) and applies to Manufacturer's Defects.

Manufacturer's Defects within 30 days of Purchase: If there is a defect in the materials or workmanship within the first 30 days of purchase, your $15 processing fee will be returned along with the repair or replacement of your sunglasses. The manufacturer has the sole discretion to determine manufacturer's defects. Scratched lenses are NOT a manufacturer's defect. Just return your sunglasses to the manufacture, as described in section #2., along with your letter, a $15 processing fee, and a dated proof of purchase.

Substitution of Similar Style or Color Sunglasses: Because styles and colors of sunglasses change, the manufacturer reserves the right to substitute a style and/or color of sunglasses which are similar, but not identical, to the sunglasses returned to us under this warranty.

Reproduction of Customer Letters: we reserve the right to reproduce all or any portion of any customer letter received in connection with this warranty in its advertising or promotional materials without compensation to the customer. The submission of any letter along with a warranty claim will constitute a license permitting use and reproduction of all or any portion of the customer letter in connection with its business.

This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may have other rights that vary from state to state.

This warranty applies to sunglasses purchased in the United States and Canada only.

Please also remember that "they just broke when I was putting them on my head" is not a warranty claim. They were probably broken in your bag or pocket before you placed them on your head.

This Warranty applies to consumers who purchase sunglasses at full retail price. A dated proof of purchase is required.

One Year Warranty against Manufacturer's Defects

All Wiley X products are fully guaranteed for one year from the date of purchase on material and workmanship. This does not cover negligence in use of the product that extends to scratched lenses. Upon receiving the defective item Wiley X will repair or replace it at no charge. Authorization is not required for the return of defective merchandise. Please include the amount of $5.00 for return shipping and handling.

Precise design process paired with very high quality frame and lens materials, allows all of us to enjoy less than 1% defect on all our Zeal Optics products.

Should the unthinkable happen and your favorite Zeal Optics eyewear are broken or damaged, they have two programs that will get you back into your Zeal's as soon as possible! It is simple, if your Zeal eyewear broke as the result of an accident (they were sat on) or natural disaster (dog chewed them up) or something like that, then Zeal Optics' CRASH REPLACEMENT PROGRAM is the fix your Zeal's need. If they broke for no explainable reason, it is possible that they are eligible for replacement under Zeal Optics NO CHARGE Lifetime Warranty that covers manufacturer defective breakage.

To Make a Warranty Claim
1. In order to replace your Sunglasses/Goggles under this warranty, go to Zeal Optics Warranty, print the page, fill it out and send it along with the product, postage prepaid by a registered courier (FedEx, USPS, UPS, etc.) just in case they have to track it down somehow. Make sure you include your name, address and daytime phone number and a statement of the reason for your claim. For replacement of parts not covered under this warranty, please follow the above steps and you will be contacted as to a reasonable replacement cost. Send to:
